The January 6th Historical Panel of Inquiry will be asking questions based upon testimonies from J6 Hostages about failures of the DC DOC and the BOP and complicity of the US Marshal services and other departments of the federal government in neglect and mistreatment of federal pretrial and post trial prisoners

Part 1
The second session of the January 6th Historical Panel of Inquiry was convened on September 30th, 2025 from numerous undisclosed locations.

Witness is RETIRED, LT. COL. LARRY BROCK.
The Panel invites Retired Combat Veteran, LT. COL. LARRY BROCK to Testify for the historical record. LT. COL. LARRY BROCK is a A-10 Thunderbolt Pilot with over 3000hrs in the "WartHog" aircraft and over 350 combat flight hours in the middle east. A most credible witness, his testimony shocked the Panel members with his revelations of being targeted by the DOJ/BOP cabal as a Military officer and the highest ranking January 6th Hostage. His recounting of his trial and subsequent imprisonment for his non-violent presence that day is a shocking indictment of the Biden's administration's pogrom against conservative and patriotic military and law enforcement veterans and active duty officers. NOVEMBER 20th, 2025: In part 4 of this Session on the use of LAWFARE against January 6th defendants, MARC BRU describes the failure of DC judges and prosecutors to recuse themselves, reveal their connections to potential conflicts of interests, grant changes of Venue or allow constitutional protections to be used as defense in DC Courtrooms.
