HISTORICAL PANEL OF INQUIRY
The January 6th Historical Panel of Inquiry will be asking questions based upon testimonies from J6 Hostages about failures of the DC DOC and the BOP and complicity of the US Marshal services and other departments of the federal government in neglect and mistreatment of federal pretrial and post trial prisoners
Session 1, Part 1: Prisoner Abuses and Neglect
The first session of the January 6th Historical Panel of Inquiry was convened in August of 2025. Opening Invocation and swearing in of witnesses by Chaplain, Dr. Ann M. Wolf (D. H. L.)
This session's panelists are Treniss Evans, David Sumrall, Tamara Leigh and Tim Rivers. Session 1 Part 1 Witnesses are CHRIS WORRELL and REED CHRISTENSEN. Listen closely and Judge for yourself.
Session 1, Part 2: Prisoner Abuses and Neglect
The January 6th Historical Panel of Inquiry continues its exploration of the BOP/DOJ, US Marshalls, and other federal agencies' complicity in the neglect and mistreatment of January 6th detainees and prisoners.
Part 2 continues to present testimonies from J6 Hostages regarding the failures of the DC DOC and BOP. This session's panelists are Tim Rivers, Suzzanne Monk, David Sumrall, and Tom Jeffries. Opening Invocation and swearing in of witnesses by Chaplain, Dr. Ann M. Wolf (D. H. L.) Our first witness, MATTHEW KROL, describes the deliberate medical neglect he and others experienced, and its use to coerce plea deals and confessions. Our other witness, ROBERT MORSS, a former Army Ranger, recounts his experiences of abuse and neglect while being held in pretrial detention. Listen closely and judge for yourself. Then call your representatives and demand a real Congressional investigation of these corrupt agencies.
Session 1, Part 3: Prisoner Abuses and Neglect
The January 6th Historical Panel of Inquiry continues its investigation into the systemic mistreatment of J6 detainees by federal agencies and their contractors.
In Part 3 of this first session, witness ROBERT MORSS unveils the ugly truth behind the use of private and corporate-run prisons—banned by Congress for federal inmates—to hold pretrial defendants in dangerous conditions designed to extract confessions and force plea deals for fabricated charges. His testimony about the abuses and corruption inside Northern Neck Regional Jail paints a chilling picture of what can happen when a weaponized bureaucracy operates without accountability. Listen carefully and decide for yourself: is this really what you want your tax dollars funding?
