Canceled Again: Edward Kelley’s Two-Year Wait for a Doctor
Edward Kelley is still locked up. Two years of canceled doctor appointments. A bad back that never gets treated. The same machine that crushed so many other J6ers is still grinding.
I spoke to Edward Kelley on the phone yesterday. He’s been trying to get treatment for his back for two years. They keep scheduling the appointment. They keep canceling it. He keeps suffering.
This is not a one-off bureaucratic mix-up. This is the same pattern we documented over and over: J6 defendants denied care, left to deteriorate, some who never made it out. The same DOJ that ran the operation under Biden is still the institution holding the keys. Biden was illegitimate. A lot of the people who rubber-stamped this still sit in the same buildings. Our representatives who looked the other way are part of the same problem.
Kelley was one of the first through the window on January 6. Trump pardoned the J6 convictions. A Tennessee judge then kept him in for a later case and handed him life. He’s been in custody since December 2022. The medical neglect did not start or stop with any one president. It is how this system treats people it decided are the enemy.
Look at the record StopHate has already laid out.
Christopher Worrell had non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and a broken hand in the D.C. Jail. They sat on his cancer care and surgery until a judge had to hold jail officials in contempt. Even a few journalists screamed about it in 2021. The jail still treated J6ers like they were disposable.
Ryan Wilson, already living with a spinal cord stroke that once left him paralyzed, watched the paralysis start coming back in Southeast Three. He sat in the medical unit watching the nightly vigil outside the D.C. Gulag while his body failed him again.
Jorge “White Wolf” Riley, a 100% disabled veteran fresh off eye surgery with a broken collarbone, was slammed to the ground. Guards cut his sacred braid. Think about that insult. He described black mold, tainted water, and critical medical care withheld.
Ryan Samsel’s lawsuit describes beatings, orbital fractures, TBIs, a dislocated jaw, kidney injury, stab wounds, solitary with constant lights, sleep deprivation, and routine denial of medical care. He is suing for nearly $18 million.
Matthew Perna hanged himself after the prosecution destroyed him. Shannon Magnano was harassed to the point, a close friend said she was not the type to kill herself. John Anderson had chemical exposure and respiratory distress and died months later. Julio Baquero and Bart Shivley died of cancer after the ordeal. The citizen death count we maintain with Daniel Goodwyn keeps growing because the pressure, isolation, ruined lives, and neglected bodies do not stop when the cameras leave.
The D.C. Jail and BOP facilities became famous for this. Pretrial political prisoners from January 6 were held in conditions that produced lawsuits, contempt findings, and bodies. The “same DOJ” did not suddenly become competent or humane because the calendar flipped. The same prosecutors, the same jail contractors, the same indifference to back pain, cancer, spinal damage, and mental collapse.
Edward Kelley is not asking for special treatment. He is asking for the doctor appointment they keep canceling while his back continues to wreck him. Two years. That is not a scheduling error. That is policy by neglect.
This is what “law and order” looked like when the targets were J6ers: raids, solitary, canceled care, ruined families, suicides, and deaths the government prefers to list as “undetermined” or “natural.” The Human Cost of J6 article and the January 6 Death Count exist because people kept dying after the day itself. The government causes did not end on January 6 or January 20. They continued in the cells.
Biden was never legitimate. The people who built this apparatus and the representatives who funded and ignored it still occupy the same offices. Edward Kelley’s canceled appointments are not an isolated failure. They are the continuation.
He is still in there.
